Returns and Refunds

**OVERVIEW**

Returns are possible, completely free of charge, without providing a reason and without any penalty within 30 days.

**DETAILS**

According to our policy: The Customer, as a consumer pursuant to and for the purposes of (Article 49, paragraph 1, letter (h) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 'Consumer Code'), can withdraw without any penalty and without providing any reason, within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods, extended by our company to 30 days. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned period, a written communication via email to info@guerreromoto.com.

If the product has defects in shape, size, or color, or if it is damaged or has missing parts, the buyer has 3 days to contact us at the email address info@guerreromoto.com. The company will cover the return shipping costs, and the buyer can choose either replacement or a full refund of the order, including any shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, the goods must be returned intact, unused, complete with all their parts, and in their original packaging (bags and boxes). They must also be in their original packaging.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

- If the buyer decides to keep items received with defects in shape, size, or color, or with damages or missing parts.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

After 30 days from the receipt of the purchase, the goods cannot be returned but can only be replaced under warranty. Additionally, if the product is out of production and replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund of the price paid at the time of the order upon receiving proof of purchase from the buyer.

Once the return is received and inspected to ensure the goods are in like-new condition, the refund (equal to the price paid including shipping) will be processed and automatically issued within 48 hours. A credit will be applied to your original payment card or method. The timing will vary based on the payment method used by the customer.

**Late or Unprocessed Refunds**

If you have not yet received a refund, we recommend checking your bank account again, then contacting your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often processing time required before a refund is posted.

**Loss of Return by Carrier**

In the event that the returned goods are lost during transport, either within 30 days of receipt or for warranty replacement after 30 days, we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
