Right of Withdrawal

OVERVIEW

Returns are free and can be made without providing reasons and without any penalty within 30 days of receiving the product.

According to our policy, the Customer, as a consumer pursuant to art. 49, paragraph 1, lett. (h) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 ("Consumer Code"), can exercise the right of withdrawal without penalty and without reason within 14 working days from receipt of the goods, extended to 30 days by our company. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you need to send a written communication via email to info@guerreromoto.com. You will receive confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal request.

If the product has defects in shape, size, color, damage, or missing parts, the buyer must contact us within 3 days of the arrival of the goods at info@guerreromoto.com. In these cases, the company will cover the return shipping costs, and the buyer can choose between replacement or a full refund of the order, including any shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, the goods must be returned intact, unused, complete with all its parts and accessories, in the original packaging (bags and boxes), without damage or signs of wear, and with all usage instructions and documentation included.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are provided in the following cases:

- If the buyer decides to keep items with defects in shape, size, color, damage, or missing parts.
- If the returned goods are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error.

If the returned goods are not intact, used, incomplete, without original packaging, damaged, dirty, or lacking instructions and documentation, they may be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense, or the refund will be partial or null. If the buyer does not provide instructions within 10 days, Guerrero may dispose of the goods as it sees fit.

Replacement and Refund after 30 Days

After 30 days from receipt of the purchase, the goods cannot be returned but can only be replaced under warranty. If replacement is not possible because the product is out of production, we will issue a full refund of the price paid at the time of order, upon proof of purchase.

Refund Processing

Once the return is received and inspected to verify that the conditions are as new, the refund (including the price paid and shipping costs) will be processed and credited to the original payment card or method within 48 hours. Credit times may vary depending on the payment method used.

Late or Unprocessed Refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account and contact the credit card issuing company, as processing times may be required. If after these steps you still have not received the refund, write to us at info@guerreromoto.com.

Lost Return

In case of loss of the return during transport, either within the 30 days for normal returns or for warranty replacements after 30 days, we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
